- Acquisition of Hoco Oil Company in Oklahoma
- Total Developed Reserves of Approximately $20 million.
- Numerous new well locations for developmental drilling
- Barnett Shale project, operated by Reo Star Energy Corp.
- $900,000 in acreage and working interests in existingwells
- $900,000 in acreage and working interests in existingwells
- Powder River Basin in Montana
- Agreement to acquire oil and gas leases covering approximately 1,600 acres with additional options to acquire another 3,200 acres. Production in the area has produced in the range of 300-500 BOD.
